Project Management of the design and build elderly care home in Naxxar. Construction comprises of a reinforced concrete transfer slab at basement level supporting four floors of load-bearing masonry walls and pre-cast predalle slabs for ease of construction and speed of erection.

Demolition of the former Adelphi hotel and excavation in rock ranging from 6 to 9m below sea water level using several techniques such as injecting pressurized concrete grout into the rock fissures to reduce and stop water ingress into site.

Demolition of the existing two town houses retaining the original facade which was propped for stability during works. Excavation works of two levels below the street, construction of two levels of parking, re-building the entrance hall ways using original masonry, and the construction of a maisonette, eleven apartments and a penthouse.
EXCAVATION OF A GARAGE WHILE REPLACING THE EXISTING BRICK PILLAR WITH A CONCRETE COLUMN IN MAGHTAB, MALTA
Excavation of a garage to introduce a split level to take advantage of a difference in road levels while maintaining the existing structure overhead. Works also included a reservoir, foundation and the replacement of the existing brick pillar with a reinforced concrete column that was cast-in-situ.

Construction of a reinforced concrete frame structure with foundations supported on blue clay, in the Imriehel Industrial Estate. Building consists of a car-park at basement level, Industrial stores and workshops at ground floor level followed by three levels of offices
CONSTRUCTION OF A TWELVE STOREY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BLOCK IN MSIDA.
Construction of a reinforced concrete frame structure for the lower commercial levels and car parks, and a transfer slab to support the residential levels. Apartments and maisonettes comprise of load bearing hollow concrete block for walls roofed over with predalle slabs and cast in-situ concrete. A movement joint separates phase 1 and 2 of the project.
